Manual loading and unloading: manually put the pre cut aluminum-plastic film on the die. The die is a three piece die structure. The gas-liquid booster cylinder controls the flat pressing function. The servo mechanism stretches and takes it out manually after stamping. The top and side edges of the shell are trimmed manually.
